Salone Kapur leads brand partnerships for Google Cloud. Previously, she led city marketing for Google Fiber, Google’s Internet + TV business, owning go-to-market and acquisition marketing for all 12 Fiber cities nationally. She was a member of the small launch team that brought Google Fiber to market in 2012, playing a key role in everything from product development, pricing strategy, visual design, the overall customer experience and bringing Fiber’s brand to life.
Salone is a member of the Vanguard Advisory Council for the Global Fund for Women, the New York Stanford Women’s Network, and a volunteer teacher for Citizen Schools in New York. She received her BA with Phi Beta Kappa and departmental honors from Stanford University, a certificate in Marketing from Wharton and her MSc. from the University of Oxford where she studied as a Clarendon Scholar.
