Energy Democracy and Community Power

We are working with community and student partners to spark a movement to put marginalized communities, low-income communities, and communities of color, who have been marginalized by our exploitative, centralized, fossil-fuel dependent energy system, at the center of transition to a renewable energy economy. Community members and students working together can transform the role of the University in our communities and ensure it plays a supportive role in accelerating a just transition and the democratization of wealth.
