Amanda Rodriguez is a DMV native from Springfield, Virginia where she was born and raised. A recent graduate of George Mason University, she studied Geography, Communication, and Sustainability. Passionate about human-environment relations, Amanda has worked at Conservation International and with the International Union for the Conservation of Nature on issues surrounding environmental, economic, and social policy. Apart of a Honduran-American family, she has always been aware of the ways the climate crisis is affecting those outside of the United States and committed to advocating for them through her work.
