Becca is an artist and human ecologist from New Jersey finishing her senior year at College of the Atlantic on an island in Maine. She believes that revolution begins from within, which motivates her to work in arts and culture with indigenous youth and women in Yucatán, Mexico. Specifically, her work with artisan cooperatives in Yucatán led to an interest in gender and sustainable development. Becca also has extensive experience in regenerative agriculture and was a delegate with Earth in Brackets at the 40th Committee on World Food Security in Rome. At CSW60, she looks forward to applying an intersectional feminist analysis to the discourse and connecting with other youth activists.
