A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Jeremy is a conservationist, having conducted research around the world in Missouri, North Carolina, Madagascar, and the Sargasso Sea.  Interested in building international partnerships to address environmental issues, Jeremy co-founded his university’s first delegation to the U.N. climate negotiations, and spearheaded several exchange programs to enhance collaboration between U.S. and Chinese students.  In 2013, Jeremy joined the Coral Triangle Center in Bali, where he worked on building capacity for marine conservation throughout Indonesia as part of the Luce Scholarship, a fellowship meant to enhance the understanding of Asia among potential leaders in American society.  An aspiring doctor, Jeremy is passionate about solving environmental challenges holistically by focusing on the intersectionality of public health, environmental health, and development.
